I was browsing the NASA Phoenix Lander site today reading up on the recently landed Phoenix probe we sent.   Going through the raw image downloads I came across one from the optical microscope that really caught my eye.

This Friday I decided to hop on the “oil prices are too high” band wagon.   We’ve discussed around here forever that the current state of oil prices are not due to OPEC raising the prices, and now I’ve found some data to that back that up.

I came across a story on MSNBC today about a man in Australia who was pardoned for the rape and murder of a young girl.  They did some tests on hair recovered at the scene of the crime and found out that the man didn’t do the crime he was convicted of.   Great news, eh?  [...]
